Trey's sites all have free trials, so he's at a loss straight from the start. He has to rely on retention to cover his bills and turn a profit. He offers the visitors a cross sale, and it's very clear what's going on.

Next time I won't repond while talking on the phone to someone at the same time, as I was doing for much of this thread. I lost track of a few things while trying to think about two different things at once and got burned. I tried to recover but I was in too deep and didn't like where it went so I bailed.
