Fletch/Rick is/was Todd's business partner and at the time of Todd's passing I had a lot of contact with him. Mainly about Todd's lack of finance. Which, given his health issues was very understandable.

Having known them both, I would really like to not believe that to be true. Desperately so.

As somebody who as been where Mary is and was helped through that situation by Todd himself, just wow.

I have several concerns. Firstly, I worry that his family will be dragged through something additional that they don't wish to go through because of the attention this is going to garner. Really, this is a newsworthy thing and it feels like something AVN or Xbiz should actively investigate as money (and time in the case of several of us) was put into it. However, as much as Todd could get down in the trenches of a board argument, I am not sure he would want his kids and family to have to go through the boiler house that is a GFY/Webmaster storm.

Secondly, I worry that the Christmas toy drive that was restarted last year in his memory will be tarnished because people will associate it with whatever went on here. I want to say clearly that Fletch was not involved with that at all.
