    That A&E show called, "Parking Wars", is HILARIOUS!!

    For those who've never watched it... it is basically a show featuring the PPA (Philly Parking Authority) and the citizen's losing their fucking shit over a $31 or $51 parking tickets.

      I was in Philly one year when they were shooting the show. I get home sick every time I watch it tho.

              That is NOTHING compared to what happens if you move somebody's folding chair from their spot after they dig it out from the snow.
