please recommend me softwares for movies making

Looking to create a simple presentation video with one person (not real person, it may be a cartoon caracter as well) including images , music and text. Please recommend me easly softwares for this.
PS: i have installed ulead videostudio 11, it is allright except the toon/person talking.
