It was different, I thought I missed an episode or something because of that.
McDreamy hurt his operating hand

I started watching this other show (similar) it's called
Saving Hope, Chief of Surgery of Hospital ends up in a coma, he leaves the hospital in chaos and his 'pheoncé' who is also a fellow surgeon.
