I think Photoshop can do this, the time would depend on the quality setting you select. You can just try to convert a few first to get a idea how long it should take.

iView MediaPro... it works great with raw files. You can also do this with bridge and photoshopComment

Convert one image from Raw to Jpeg in PHOTOSHOP and record it as an Action, then go to FILE>AUTOMATE>BATCH and leave it to convert them automatically. Depending on the size of files, an hour at the most I'd expect with a decent computer, but it runs in the background, so do it when the computer isn't needed and go mow the lawn.Comment
