OP it's not just me that thinks you're in for a tough fight and the odds are stacked against you. If you want some advice from a guy whose made money producing, marketing and selling porn since 1977. And made more online than most here. Hit me up privately. Because this industry is being gobbled up by big players and slimming down. There are some ways to make money, but you have to listen to all the advice thrown at you and spot the BS.
A new site today HAS to bring something very good to the table, because there are 100,000s online in front of you.
Brian, I said the girls on the old design were poor for the niche. You must agree as seeing what you do today, I can see you learned that without my help. i'd suggest to buy exclusive (mostly for the tour) and non-exclusive (to have a lot of content). See sig.
if you have traffic already for that niche, you can always make money
if you have no traffic i'd rather build that firstComment

Shoot your own content design your own site don't hire anyone to design it make it very amateurish etc there is still ton of money to be made but you just got to work for it..

Paul pay sites are not how I make a living and yeah I know it is a good thing LOL anyway there are several things I have done for over ten years now and I made some sites with some of the content I filmed. Some sites you can see and others you do not because I do not talk about them. I figured why not make some sites with all the content I had. If they make 40K that is 40K I did not have when I started.
