You'd think you'd be hearing about sites "changing ownership" with great frequency.

Is a good network or portfolio of sites, pirate ops, and traffic schemes worth more than a strip club or a prostitution ring?

Maybe not. If you were just a pimp, with 20 high class ho's or escorts- whatever, each pulling a grand a night- I don't know any sites making 20k a night.
