    .htaccess 401 help needed!

Is it possiple to setup .htaccess redirect on a http://members.domain.com/ setup?

    this doesn't work:
    ErrorDocument 401 /my401error.html

Since I have to refer to a document outside the members area right? - confused

Yes you can....make a folder errors and put in that folder another
.htaccess which allows access for everybody in there put the
error html files. that will take care of your problem :-)

      ErrorDocument /errors/my401error.html

Thanks for the tip :-) I'll try this right away.. how's the .htaccess code that grants everybody access to that folder only?

I tried this, but it didn't work:

            Allow
            Allow from ALL
