I prefer desktops they seem more reliable, laptops always overheat and crap. They never seem to last staying booted up for more than a week for me :1orglaugh

I hate those fucking glossy displays they use in most of the new laptops.

i am ok with both, even doing smaller tasks when on the road is ok on laptop, however mouse is a must.

I've used a laptop exclusively since about 2002, going to be getting a desktop soon though.

Pretty much the same here, I get most done in double the time, going from 3x24 to a 1x17 is a killer.

I do a lot of work at coffee shops so only use laptops.

It took a while but I got used to it. I can't use the trackpad though. I hate that thing. I have a mouse for it.
