and its not /** MySQL hostname */ define('DB_HOST', 'localhost'); like it was before their HD crash so any other way to find out? a quick php maybe? help appreciated |

guess their main IP isn't the database server IP... at least thats not working for me... if anyone got any other help that'd be appreciated

Never heard of them. Usually if your host isn't using localhost, and instead it's something like 3423.dsvgd.sqlserver.reflected.net. Then that should be listed somewhere in your account information. Perhaps there should be some "Overview" or "Information" page link in your account main page somewhere.

i dont know what kind of hosting setup you have but maybe you can ssh in and check if the mysql service is even running. Although it's also possible it's on external host.
Just call them up you are paying for a service they should be available to help you |
