What's the best hosting solution for high influxes in traffic?

I need affordable hosting that can handle traffic ranging from 5,000-100,000+ daily. I've been at dreamhost for awhile and it was doing alright, but now that I'm getting real traffic they can't cut it.

A friend recommended I go with the $99 plan at http://www.gorillaservers.com, however I'd like to hear some suggestions from gfy.

We could give our a solution in our cloud that would be able to handle that and more. Our elastic cloud servers is exactly what you are looking for. They have the ablility to scale, up and down automatically. There is nothing you need to do, but just point your traffic at the solution. Plus we offer fully managed solutions. email [email protected] for more information.

if you want to have exploits on your shared space before installing your first html page, choose amerinoc, i dont fucking understand why anyone in her is pushing amerinoc, have you read the boards, they cannot provide decent security

just nuked 10 blogs , never would trust them with a dedicated box if they even cant manage their shared customers
btw same with namecheap hosting, their hosted customers are constantly attacked by exploits
