1) who is she going to use for processing
2) why does she want to use wix.com for the site
3) why is she opting to go the template route (from wix)
4) does she have a cms already in place
5) is this for a membership or store based site

I'm not seeing how that was to many questions to ask, or am I wrong?

Seems like pretty standard 'build me a porn site' questions to ask as a designer, we didn't even get into costs, content types or adult hosting.

She sounded like a cam girl wanting to manage her own website from the vagueness and lack of understanding of why she 'can't find html5 videos to use on her wix site through Google'.

Why in the heck would you "grill" her on her needs?
You know that, from your description of what you surmised her situation is, that she was most likely incapable of more than 1 or 2 questions at a time before she expected a certain amount of tokens.

It sucks but sometimes in a service type business knowing how to talk to people and stroke their ego even when they are clueless is half of your success. Then again you might say that people like that aren't worth your trouble. Your call.
