    Fabian, please explain how these videos of mine are user uploaded and covered under DMCA

    As best as I can tell, you must be logged into your user account on pornhub to upload. The screen below is what pops up after you click the upload button on pornhub.



    This is not a user, as they have no profile, nor account to login. So I'm left with the only answer being a pornhub employee uploading these. If that is the case, this is not covered under DMCA. Please explain.

                                                                                                                                                      The reality of tubes is you work with them and also have your DMCA company monitor the same site for what you don't want up.

                                                                                                                                                      It is a give and take relationship. In 2012 they are getting a ton of people uploading your full length scenes when its like the 80th biggest website in the world. Maybe that isn't how it started but its how it is today.

                                                                                                                                                      Work with Manwin and make money. Tubes aren't going anywhere but if you do it right you cab get paid.

                                                                                                                                                              We'll let Nate speak for who is paying for what. My guess would be that Wicked Pictures that owns the copyrights is paying him, not Manwin. So in that case you'd be wrong. Either way I'm not subsidizing anything but the facilitation of my videos being taken down on torrents and tubes. However you'd like to spin it.

Nate can answer for himself whenever he sees this. My guess is that Wicked Pictures has been his client for years and they did a separate deal with manwin for their online properties. They (Wicked Pictures) pay Nate to take down their content. Simple as that is my guess. We'll see.

It is just a matter of being able to look at anything that is thrown at you in business and figuring out how to make money from it. It is far more productive to figure out how to make money from a situation, no matter how bad it is, than to complain about it only to have nothing change.

                                                                                                                                                                              Most of us (myself included) hate that tubes need to be policed -- it is an extra cost -- but its reality so might as well make what you can back.

                                                                                                                                                                              If you have unique content and toss a freebie out there you will get and retain sales. It is all about making sure it is not ALL out there to be had. You toss a tube a full length here and there as it will get way more eyeballs with the longer length. You just choose certain videos and then share to all of the big tubes so they all have the same thing. You are out one update but if you are doing two exclusive scenes a week what do you really lose?

Then they can upload all of your videos in exchange for a small link that gets put into rotation for a few minutes whenever you complain to them.
