When I used to have cable I never felt there was any problem separating opinion from news anyway when I had it on MSNBC. I think it's true that the bible is full of violence, that's my theory on why violence is totally cool in our public entertainment while sex and nudity is not. Because it's rooted in the holy books that way.

The difference is that violence and the religious law in Bible is limited in time and space, and to one nation only (Old Testament). There is no violence and no religious law in Christianity (New Testament) at all. While in Islam both violence and the religious law are perpetuated and serve no other purpose but to further spread the Islam.

The Middle East is one giant mental institution for the criminally/religiously insane. The US, China and Russia should come to some agreement and jointly seize all the oil and divvy it up. The people are all living in poverty anyway, you're just stealing the oil from the worst human beings on the planet.
