Adobe Anywhere - Edit Video in the Cloud

Someone was asking about this the other day, and it looks like Adobe has thrown their hat into the ring.

I have 50 mps download and 5 mps upload with my ISP. And half the time shit still buffers and moves slow.

So I would wonder how well editing video would really work like that? Delays, buffering, lagging, connection hiccup, etc.

Was thinking the exact same thing. Imagine rendering a video from a freakin cloud? That would take DAYS to complete.

It's difficult to edit video off of an external drive connected with a USB 3 connection (especially when you're using intensive plugin effects).

I generally have to pull video right onto an internal drive to be able to edit without glitches and delays.

I can't imagine how on Earth you could edit a video on the cloud without it being a very frustrating and time consuming effort.

There are already a number of services doing just this and they work quite nicely.

I would bet on Adobe being able to do it just a bit better than all these no names that have popped up.

How can they control the internet and hiccups and glitches?

It sounds cool. I just have severe doubts about working on a 25 minute video clip basically in "remote desktop" mode.
Has anybody here used it yet?
