Both IP man movies were very good.. I'm not a big kung fu movie type person but ?I enjoyed both his movies. For those that have never seen it, IP Man is the guy who taught Bruce Lee how to fight and the two movies were about his life prior to training Bruce Lee.
For myself.. I'm more of a fan of shoot outs and not so much fighting..
I've always been a big fan of Way of the Gun.. This is the shoot out at the end of the movie..

I'm not really a fan of one vs. group fight scenes when it's always just 1 person coming at a time while the others just sort of practice some karate in place and/or watch intently. Peckinpah shot the best gun fights
For gun fight scenes... the beginning and end fights that book end "The Wild Bunch" get my vote. Those scenes basically inspired a ton of scenes thereafter, including the final battle in "Way of the Gun".
