    Best forum CMS solution, just vbulletin? opinions.

    I've got the urge to start another community with a full CMS solution.

    I own a license to IP boards and it's alright, played around with vBulletin 4+, just wondering what some thoughts are on here. Other solutions you'd recommend?

    Read some other threads about vBulletin but would like an opinion on here.
