How big should a flash video banner be?

    How big should a flash video banner be?

    We have one that about 800kb in size, features some graphics and looping of a 15 second video.

    I figure that's probably going to be the biggest thing on the page, but i'm not sure if thats bigger then the average. Anyone have some numbers to compare?
