My last business -SEO tool with 150 blogs and more

Hello again to everyone,
as i posted in my last thread i'm getting out of adult and going to focus more on my work.
My affiliate program puzcash.com is already sold and now finally i'm ready to put my last project MBposter.com in auction.
This one was my real pride and i wanted to do something more with it, but at the same time i started with my other business and hadn't much time.
It's really hard for me now to give away MBposter, but hope to find someone who can do more than me. And maybe there is a buyer who already has some big network of blogs and can easily import them to MBposter to let people post in them.
Anyway, MBposter is in auction now with all my blogs and accounts, all about the details you can see at ebay

Ok, let's get this straight.

Revenue = ~$6000/year
Expenses = $3582/year
Profit = ~$2418/year

And you want $12k? Not a chance. I'll give you $1.5k, assuming there's no terms remaining on your hosting contracts, and you have at least somewhat decent traffic.

there is no contracts with hoster.
what you get is a unique custom programed and established project, there is nothing similar you can find. Only the program costs going to $20k+ and i don't talk about the value of some good domains and blogs with traffic.
And i don't know how you've calculated the revenue $6k/year, i'm doing $1k with MBposter and blogs all together. And also, you don't need to take the expensive hoster i have right now, you can bring all to one good server and that's it

if i start now sell separately each domain, it takes too much time for me, that's why i want to sell all in one pack and i believe $12k isn't so bad for all the network

You said $300 - $500 + $300 + $60 - $90 + $150. So from what you said minimum is $810, I figured you embellished a bit as everyone does during sales, plus I don't expect to see any of those affiliate sales, so I went with $500/month.

i've been trying to sell beautifulfeetonline.com, and my traffic is about the same as yours, i guess when i get serious, i will go through a broker.

that's ok. even if you pay me now $15k and tell me you are not willing my program and not want my affiliate sales, i wouldn't give it to you, as i said, i want to have a buyer investing time in MBposter and doing more.
You just want to buy my members and the traffic i have for branding your program, that's not ok for me, but good for your program

1. Do this and I cancel. I don't have time to write "quality" posts all day long. Spun text if fairly Panda-proof anyway.
2. Again, remove the option for spinning and you just make it more difficult for users to work with the system. Remove submission limitations and you may get flooded with submissions.
3. See above about the limit. I might be partial to giving them either another post and/or post on an additional blog, in exchange for adding a backlink. Reciprocal backlinks are not worth what they used to be though.

right now i'm thinking of keeping both:
add one new package with only handwritten blogs to submit copyscape passed text
and keep also the current usual package with spinning and multi submission
