I agree- I mean there are so many irresponsible negligent people involved with this and in life in general, putting this unregulated, highly risky industry's problems on him is just scapegoating. There wasn't due dilligence on any producer/director/company who worked with him.

I don't know but I know there was a lack of common sense at some point.
