I woulda did it, but I just tried to activate my redpass card after leaving it sitting around for months but I can't remember my damn password to the site and their "forgot password" thingy never sent me an email yet. Sorry.

Your info alone might not be enough, but if everyone that has been scammed compiles their info together then it should definitely be enough for the police to look into. For all you know they might already have their eye on this guy, seeing that he is not exactly the brightest of criminals when it comes to covering his tracks, and this info might just be another nail in his coffin.

I'm in Van Wert at least once a month, so it certainly wouldn't hurt, and if nothing else I'll make his parents aware of what he is doing...

Once again, i appreciate your help but in my case it won't do anything. I can show absolutely nothing...no proof...not anything. This combined with the fact that i'm outside the US my info will be totally worthless to the police.
I just collect his info (like i did when he scammed me) and someday it will come in handy. This piece of shit will get what he deserves sooner or later. Either from me or someone else.
It's clear he's very dumb and very arrogant. See how long that will last when scamming people all over the place.

Dude, even if your info won't really help in your opinion, I think the cops would view it as a repeated pattern of scamming and fraud. Yours is another example and if there are enough examples I'm sure they'll do something about it. Even if they can't press charges for you or get your money back, it will help to establish a pattern for the cops to look at.

Is it true that with payoneer, they can give you a US BANK account number for withdrawing paypal funds directly?...

this would be useful for non-us webmasters because paypal sucks for non-us webmasters, they only offer withdraw via check and if check gets lost, you lose the money...
