Links to third party sites with no advantage to the affiliate whatsoever, and many of the posts contain at least one link in the entry body linking to one of the hosted blog entries - where all of the sidebar links and such are for the 'house'. |

There are many programs performing the same way for different reasons. Part of the reason why it continues is because a majority of affiliates see a 1:20,000 ratio and then think "OMG 1:20,000 what do I do? I think I'll just sit here stick my thumb up my ass and pick my nose some."
You have to pull links when it gets this bad or the sponsor has little incentive to change things. Think about it. I'm not saying it's happening here but if you keep your links up no matter what there is nothing stopping them from shaving 100%. If you're that lazy and dumb to let them why shouldn't they take advantage of you? You send near the same traffic to them either way. |
