Anyone from Paxum online? Had card cloned and can't get it cancelled!

Just found out i had my card cloned in London. I've tried ringing choice bank. No answer. Paxum no answer. And the ticket i have submitted just got the automated response! I know its a saturday but come on. i've changed the pin but its still being banged and i'm getting charged per bad pin.

I have already emptied the remainder to my wallet. However everytime the cloned card is used i get charged for insufficient funds. If i change the pin when they use it i get charged for them getting the pin wrong.

Any other company i can ring up 24/7 and the card is stopped.

Kindly be advised your card can not be cancelled for the moment, until the pending charges are dropped and those funds moved to your checking account, so that the balance becomes $0. After the balance of your Paxum MasterCard has been cleared, please access this ticket from the Message Center of your Paxum Account and give us a reply containing your specific request and authorization to cancel your current Paxum MasterCard and we will process your request

No really. Because there is a .25c pending charge on there from when i emptied what hadn't been stolen back to the wallet they can't stop the card.

Paxum's ticket support staff are rather incompetent -- and even that's being generous to describe them. You really have to question their level of training based on the responses you receive. I'm still not convinced anyone in ticket support understands plain English. If so, then I defy anyone to find a more incompetent ticket support system in adult.

Having said that, I like Paxum quite a bit. But if it were not for Ruth or Chris actually doing support that the incompetent ticket support staff fail so miserably with, I'd have stopped using them a long time ago.

To the OP, hope you get it resolved sooner rather than later. But unless you want to aggravate the hell out of yourself, just deal with Chris or Ruth and stay far away from the ticket staff.
