    Getting out of adult and selling all programs and sites

    most of you may already know i changed my business to real estate and mortgages in Spain, so would like to go out of adult and focus more on my work.

          i think property prices are at their low in spain, i dont believe it can get even lower, if you have few 10s of thousands you can have nice apartament near the see there, but for me it is hot like in donkeys ass ... have luck with the sale!

                          it depends all what's included.
                          If you have for example an appartment with 2 bedrooms in new building and with public pool, it's near ?100-150 per month including water, electricity etc.
                          If you buy on credit, you'll need life and house insurance, without credit, it's only the spanish SUMA ?260,- per year

                                                  They're still going down.
                                                  If the banks get bailed and can offload all the crap on their books, in places they'll go down more.

                                                  Alot of big discounts up here, houses that were 100k going for 20k, but that's just the banks.
                                                  Discounts on private sales. house that were 190k up for 140k and still not selling.

                                                  However for long-term, there's spots that it worth investing in.

                                                                                                                  it's already on auto pilot, nothing done since 2010, but better if someone really take cares of it, redesign the sites little bit and do some new updates etc., because traffic isn't so bad, just need a better conversion and go ahead with new updates for webmasters

                                                                                                                          I'm still on consideration about MBposter, i'm trying to find a manager who can take care of the program and add more updates than now, but on the same time I'm also looking for someone interested in buying MBposter together with my all 160 blogs.
