Despite a small mid-morning rally, Groupon's stock ended down 2.1 percent at an all-time low close of $4.65. Shares have tumbled 38 percent from a week ago, when the company reported quarterly earnings that disappointed the market. The stock is off more than 75 percent year-to-date.
