On a related note, I remember some 10-15 years ago reading about some neo-nazis releasing a pig in a mosque. Somewhere in Europe, don't remember where. While I think that's distasteful and disrespectful too, I still wish someone could've filmed it.

i understand littering but littering with the intent of pissing off a certain group of people is a hate crime, i would guess at least.
