How about this...
I've got a 24/7 live cam feed broadcast from a TV studio in London. People watch the stream, and call up a premium rate number to speak to the girl on screen. I'll give you the feed for free, and a rev share on all minutes you generate. On top of that, this feed sites on a paysite, with a massive archive of UK porn stars, all exclusive. Any joins you send to the site, via the feed, (or banners, text links whatever) you'd also get a rev share from that too.
