Not in the official sense, no. I think that's why the term "slang" was invented. For all the non-words flying about out there.

Christ on the bloody cross, now she's gone and thrown another term at me.... clonking.

So had another X-ray for the knee i fell on and just badly bruised and the clonking is the fluid swelling

???

you had me confused there for a bit, you chose a bad example. Clonking is a banging sound - e.g. my exhaust pipe is clonking.
