Even when it's clear this site (manzzle[dot]com) charges for stolen videos, you keep telling copyright owners to send DMCA notices (by fax!!!)

Since your DMCA policy won't hurt the pirates (it's actually protecting them), just show us on whose side you are and terminate their account instead.

You can even send the Infringement Notification direct to him via email.

I already reported a site to Zombaio and never heard back from them. I even told them I was an affiliate and wouldn't be signing up for any sites using this processor ... nothing.

And apparently Zombaio will only accept DMCA's by fax. Please join the modern age ... who uses a fax machine anymore???

This is on their homepage today... Thanks to everyone who has been posting about this and emailing their biller too. I am sure it did a lot to get their biller to finally take action against them.

Manzzle.com is bad news all around. For now, they have removed all our clients' movies (I believe). But they are hell-bent on being bad people.

I will never understand people like this. The email address they mention is not in our system, so they've made that up. Ironically, they don't know what DMCA actually stands for.
