Video or Photo Galleries (yes, a business thread!)

What converts better for you, Video or Photo hosted galleries?
come on, guys, I don't want to hear about galleries not converting, because we all know they still do.

Photo or a combination of the two. Depends on your traffic really.

Gallery with single 2 minute mp4 video and the player having a large photoshopped thumb. Can throw in five images if you want as well.
