as a pilot Im in disbelief he continued with that flight with incredibly obvious lift problems due to density altitude.. he had tons of time to turn around and stay over flat land - this dumb ass should never be allowed to fly again.

Wouldn't banking at such a low altitude be dangerous?

Seems to me it took ages to get off the ground in the first place, wondering why he didn't just abort there, or is it normal for a non formed runway roll to take that long?
