                  Well, go in the frontdoor of paypal, see if they accept your sites.
                  I suspect the answer will probably be "no"

                  Hit up paymentwall and see if you can process the same sites thru their paypal account.
                  I suspect the answer would be "yes"

                  Next take 2 mins to think whether you really trust this to be a good long term solution.

                  When the actual biller says no, you then circumvent the biller through a reseller w/out the billers consent/knowledge, is that a wise long term solution?
