You should probably all read this.

It looks to me like it isn't going to be something companies will cheat on, the downside is too great. I expect if the initiative passes and it almost certainly will then it will be challenged in court where the challenge will assuredly fail.

Bottom line, we didn't regulate ourselves so the government did it for us. I have been saying this was going to happen for a long time, and I expect this is only the beginning,

This is huge...read it...yes its long very long but mandatory insurance, producers have to pay for Hep B vaccines, contractors are the same as employees for the purposes of the law, you not only need filming permits you need a special health permit.

This is all about a religious nutcase organization in Los Angeles who made it their life mission to try and destroy the porn industry.

People having sex while somebody films it. I don't care what anybody says...there is no need to "regulate" what people do in the privacy of their homes everyday already. Just because an extra person is holding a camera?

This is all about religious wackos. You should have seen them a couple of years ago at The XBiz Awards picketing outside. It was insane.
