                      Jon's trying to help out but the domain is in the hands of a registrar that appears to have abandoned ship other than receiving funds, the admin is busted, they don't respond to emails, tickets and their phone is dead. the registrar is a re-seller for Directi and they have been of little help resolving the situation. Google is filled with similar stories about this reseller/registrar.

                                              omfg how does ICANN let this shit happen? there are years of complaints against this two bit company and now I've found the owner of it, it's some young jerkoff who literally must have been living with his parents operating this out of his bedroom when he became a registrar/reseller. on the plus side, i know who he is, where he lives. and he appears to be from a well off family and might have assets of his own, on his GooglePlus he has photos of a nice piece of property it looks like he was going to build on.

                                              he's now working for some medical services company.

                                                                  They do shit but they are kind a slow,if your domain is unavailable for just week you could lose all traffic which you used to have to it once you recover it.

                                                                      That tool cost me money, I've never seen his photo before, not what I expected. My main site used to go down every year because of him. Seems like he doesn't touch his web hosting anymore, just leaves it there to 'run itself'
