I'd say there's a few random areas on the ground in which the surface dust has been slightly scuffed off via atmospheric turbulence (wind).

Where do you think that money was spent? How many thousands of people did it employe over the past ten years, from the planning to the engineers to the outside contractors who built it? It's not like we spent $2 billion and it went into someone's pocket. It employed not only thousands of people over a long period of time, plus it helped to keep entire businesses who were contracted to build parts of the project afloat when it was needed most.Herschel Savage
