    With all the issues and complaints caused by our e-mails we make our sincere apology for the incident.

    We are sorry for inconvenience and promise not to conduct similar action in the future.

                                              Now that's the shortest statement and Apology I've seen in ages. You give no reasons why and don't seem very concerned about it at all. If it wasn't brought to the attention of the forum from xxxjay you wouldn't be posting this and would be continuing to collect and spam webmasters emails without a second thought.

If you look at the Terms and Conditions of signing up to a sponsor there will be a wall of text. In that wall of text there will be a statement that's it OK for that sponsor and their partners to send you offers. They either bought a list from a program or from a broker

Or you could contact each individual affiliate program you hacked and apologize for stealing their databases on which they worked years and years to build up.
