That's to long , and I think we are capable to send man on Mars or every other planet in our Solar System

I was thinking the same thing. But then again, the average iPad doesn't stream a photo wirelessly millions of miles through space.

Apple should get up on that.

Curiosities high resolution cameras are mounted on it's mast which has not yet been deployed. The only images we have seen so far are from low resolution fish eye collision avoidance cameras mounted on the corners of the rover, and they are only shooting at 1/4 their normal resolution right now, and they have not removed the dust covers from the lenses which are filthy from the landing, (and will be removed soon). within a week there are supposed to be high rez color images available to look at.

JohnnyClips told me the pyramid on Mars is booby trapped and when entered will set off a bomb so big it will destroy the enitre Solar System. :2 cents:

If we hadn't wasted trillions of dollars over the last 40 years on wars, the space program would be much farther along.

not to mention, our country in general.

What do you mean by first landing? There were few rovers landed on Mars years ago.

Mars is more interesting. The crevices which look like dried river beds could have been carved by ice or liquid water. If it had water, it might have had life.

Since the moon never had an atmosphere and is too small to have had one, it never had liquid water and therefore no life at all.

Why do we assume that life on other planets must rely on water same as life on Earth?

Looks like that :)

My favorite image so far - the lander on it's chute dropping into the crater, photo taken by an orbiting satelite...

worth a click, not a joke image, the real thing.

They'll either find it in caverns or produce it on Mars. I'll sale it for $1 million right now. The price will go up when they start shipping it here from the planet :1orglaugh :pimp Then again, I might call my attorney to trademark the brand.
