    nice! my dad is also my inspiration - unfortunately cancer got him at 75. a preventable cancer, if he'd have had regular doctor checkups like I begged him to get he'd still be around.

        Goes without saying - cancer is a real douche. Sorry for your loss.

        My father takes good care of himself with regular check-ups. He struggles at times to control his diabetes, though...but mostly stays on top of it.
