				Another Webair Success Story

Newest ISP to now block my email is now AT&T.

OK. I have been lazy and with multiple accounts it was just too easy to just leave everything at Webair, same for all of my clients - after all my uptime was great and once an account was set up right, I almost never had a problem in about a decade. Webair, fix your shit. Ban any God damn spammers and get you IP ranges unblocked or I am moving EVERYONE away to a new host. |

Assuming they are not hosting mad spammers, they CAN submit a BL removal request.

You can do this for most blacklists, and TLD's. However, if the network is known for spam, you are going to be getting resistance on removal. I am not saying Webair is or is not. What I am saying is, if they are not a spammer haven, resolution is 5 minutes of "work" on Webair support side and a little follow up on the matter until removed. ![]() |

Webairs servers has been blacklisted with SORBS for YEARS and they don't plan on doing anything about it (or so it seems since people keep complaining about this).

When your email bounced back it should have included a link to submit your IP and ask for reconsideration to your block. I have done that several times in past and they responded within 24 hours and said my IP was not blocked. I then realized it was my email server that was fucked. I had to switch servers to someone who actually knows how to setup and manage a server. gl |

With Webair's control panel there should be no magic involved. If I am having an issue like this, I am sure many others are as well. Webair is working on the problem. |
