Create everything for a blog except for the content. Then when all of that is done, just import an RSS feed or any other similar method with spinners, CSVs, w.bloggar tools, whatever. Then you don't have to look at it.
Or make posts with HTML only using those FHG lists that your sponsors email you with thumbnail urls and guess what the pic is about and write about it..  It's not the best if you want to make money, though..
