I agree with you, lowball offers is all I thought of looking at that list. Even though I know Dave has a huge portfolio, its hard to believe he's continuing to pay yearly reg fees on those domains.

Sedo and GoDaddy.

Sedo charges 15% of the sale price with a $50 minimum cut for them. If you park your domain with them and it sells, then they only charge 10% with no minimum. If you sell a domain on August 31st you'll still get the check around October 1st.
