I don't see any new design in my local PAYPAL. They only made it for US?

BTW, how do people take money out of paypal, if you live OUT OF USA?

Problem is that they only send checks, and if the CHECK gets LOST or STOLEN (something very common), you lose the money and they don't RESEND another check. SUCKS. Specially when many mainstream sponsors pay me with paypal and I can't take out the monies...

What do you do? You just spend it?

Really wondering...
