What's ironic is that cocoa doesn't grow in Germany, France, Switzerland, or even US. So it's really the process of making the chocolate that makes it different and nothing to do with the geography of the actual "chocolate"

I'm kind of welfare when it comes to my chocolate.

I LOVE and i mean literally LOVE those Icey Squares. The fakish belgiumish chocolate candies in tin foil. Melts just looking at them. Melts in mouth almost instantly.

I also very much like bitter semi-sweet chocolate with walnuts. Those $3 1lbs bars you get in grocery store bulk aisle (various brands make em). I very much like them a lot.

I tried all kinds of chocolate confections and they don't do anything for me. Crispy Crunch are ok... but that's not even a chocolate.. just a candy bar
