TV is an addictive drug that kills. No you can't shoot TV into your arm & OD, instead you slow roast your fat ass until you get a heart attack & die. you watch the world go by instead of living it.

The rules of life on TV are completely detached from the real world 99% of people reside in. TV land: role models are people who can sing, dance, act, dunk a basketball, look pretty & party, or just be rich & useless.

& these people who call into direcTV, whining that they lost their MTV? drug addicts. pick up a book, loser.

if 2 out of 3 people were not couch potatoes, this thread would not exist. Just taking a stroll to the lake next to my house, every house had the TV blaring. was a beautiful night to catch the sunset by the lake, but everybody was parked in front of the tube.

at some point an epidemic has to be declared & the government should create an agency to seize everyone's TVs, along with their mcdonalds.

I dont care for TV unless the Walking Dead is on. Then I record it on DVR and watch it when I go to bed. Sometimes I can stay awake through the whole thing.

Sometimes I watch a sporting event... and I'll damn sure be watching the Olympics. But other than that, its a waste of time. I dont care for news, reality shows, american idol, or any of that crap.
