The question is not which models can act but more do you have a director who can audition and get a performance.

A lot of models, especially the eastern Europeans are bright intelligent girls, who are there for the money, can act.

The whole Italian neo realist cinema used non actors, as does Loach in the UK, The film "Monsters" has great performances by non actors they found along the way.

If mainstream movies with a great plot , great acting, good lighting have been made on budgets a lot smaller, you don't see why it is failure to spend that amount without the results being seen on the screen.

I can vouch that she is a pleasure to work with. She definitely has a lot more presence than most merely pretty girls. You can get a sense of this on her YouTube channel. You've directed a huge unique feature, so I wouldn't presume to know how to tell if she is exactly what you are looking for, but certainly worth a screen test if she is down for what the script calls for action-wise.
