    the visa/mc settlement.our we gettin a refund

from the article, it seems if we had a merchant account via epoch/ccbill our visa/mc rates should be getting lower and we should be getting a refund..does this seem right?

I think it means Ccbill and Epoch make some money, not sure that will get passed down though...

Moreover, how does that affect the "VISA fee" going forward?

Yeah I am sure you should get a refund for all those times you were forced to accept plastic at the same rate as cash for your paysites lol.

I read the article and I don't think it will affect online stuff at all since there is no cash option that is viable.

I think it would be wise to remember that Visa and MC along with acquiring banks enjoy a position of immense power and will undoubtedly just find a new hole to fuck us in.
