Last night one of my ex's posted photos on Facebook from the Hard Rock suite party he was at with the entire breaking bad cast.
To add insult to the injury he was partying with a mutual friend (another ex of his... and the guy he started dating when we broke up) who became a TV producer after graduating college.Comment

I never knew this about Aaron Paul / Jesse Pinkman:
His character was originally planned to die during the first season, but after seeing the chemistry between Paul and series star Bryan Cranston series creator Vince Gilligan changed his mind, modified the original plans, and saved the character. Paul had an opportunity to work with Cranston prior to Breaking Bad, having auditioned for the role of Francis, the eldest son of Cranston's Malcolm in the Middle character.Comment

My cable box shit the bed at about 9:45pm. I saw it coming over the last couple of weeks--- kept randomly rebooting.
I'm walking in to Cablevision to get a new box, and if those motherfuckers don't give me the most brand-spanking new box in the entire building, I'm not sure what I might do.

The laptop was locked in the evidence room of the Albuquerque Police Department. I guess Hank called them and had them head over ASAP although I really do not understand why DEA did not confiscate it unless APD has jurisdiction in the explosion/investigation.
I remember some people were worried about Mike being a wild card, but Mike is simply an employee and the kind of guy (like Saul) that answers to whoever is in charge ... kind of like when a gang leader gets killed everybody answers to whoever steps up and takes their place. I like the way Walt answered to show Mike who was in charge and you could tell by the way Mike studied him in the rear view mirror that he is aware he has a new boss.
I wonder what was going to Skyler's mind at the end. It almost looked like she was thinking "well, that's grand, but I sure as fuck don't forgive you." She wants to love Walt though, she's just scared.
I also like how Pinkman got a chance to use his brain in this episode ... they always had him playing the dumb kid and Walt the genius. Of course Walt made Jesse's idea come to life, but Jesse is the one that came up with the solution.
I can't wait for next week.
I tried to watch the new show Small Town Security or whatever it is but it was pretty lame, IMHO.Comment
