Our main server is down, the other seems to be working. I've been n touch and they replied it was Mysql, seems to be a lot more than that.

SO what was it? seems to work now.

Lol I wake up to a few hundred alert mails for sites down... More than two hours downtime, first time ever for me with Amnoc. Damn :(

all was down but now up... it was in middle of my night time so i dont know how long it down but when i wake up its fine

Have had nothing but problems at Amerinoc... they are SHIT.

Amerinoc is the worst server I have ever had!
I have a problem with mysql it keeps crashing and they don't know how to fix it.
So basically my sites is always up and down!
They also delivered me a server with 170 days uptime :D

If you want to ruin your business go with Amerinoc

We have used Phatservers / Amerinoc for many years. They have always been very reliable with excellent cooperative technical support.

After experience with doing hosting ourselves I can say that shit happens. It is how you respond to the problems that makes the difference between good and bad. They resolved the global issues quickly and am sure that they will work to resolve individual issues.

9yrs+ with them now and never any problem that they couldn't assist me with. Support has been always great even with the virtual hosting I started out with them, who are you talking with that isn't helping you out?

Same problem here. I have my websites hosted on Amerinoc and I have the same problem too, always up and down. And they can't figure out what's wrong with the servers.

Basically they suck!!

With Chris and Zach. They tried to help me but they seems to can't fix it or figure out what's the problem...I did a memory upgrade to 16gb we thought this could help but after a few weeks the problem persists. Basically every day I have problems with mysql.

Anyways I will be moving to another host, one who cares about their clients.

Why don't people post messages when the issue gets resolved?
