But now I have a problem, I prefer to be paid via Payoneer, but maybe I'll have some issue to create a new account by myself. I heard that if you want to use the Payoneer card like ePassporte card, you need to provide some documents for their ACH payments. I'm very confused by that, so I just wonder any webcams sponsor can create an Payoneer account for affiliate? I just want to use the Payoneer card as easy as ePassporte card
And more, I just read this threadhttp://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1069...light=payoneer, is there any difference betweet the card creat by sponsor and by webmaster? If sponsor A creat the account for me, I can use it to receive the payment from them only? and can I take the cash out from ATM when I got the first payout? (I heard I need to wait until get paid for 3 times before I take the money out, hope it's not true)
